The Taste Basket is excited to introduce Facebook Chat Reviews, which are exactly what they sound like. Once in a while, at least two of our writers will casually discuss their respective takes on a recently released film in a regular Facebook chat window—because they’re geeks.

Be warned: while we usually adhere to standard written English, we all know that in today’s fast-paced digisphere, it’s easier to shorthand some things and sometimes ignore mechanics altogether. If you find this annoying, just try and convince yourself that we read a lot of ee cummings. The real reason these things go unedited? For organic effect, of course.
